The Brolly Digital Career Program (BDCP) is different by design. The total fee of ₹50,000 is split into two clearly named components: ₹25,000 covers your training, and ₹25,000 is a refundable placement deposit. If you complete the eligibility criteria and are not placed within 6-7 months of program completion, that ₹25,000 placement deposit is refunded to you in full in writing, as part of the enrolment agreement.
If even ₹50,000 upfront feels heavy, BDCP also offers a pay-after-placement option: enrol with ₹25,000 paid now (training fee only), and clear the remaining ₹25,000 placement fee only after you receive a job offer. The structure aligns our incentive with yours — we get paid in full only when you get hired.
What we promise: a job offer within 6-7 months of program completion, in the ₹2.4-6 LPA range depending on your performance. What we don’t promise: a specific company name, a specific CTC, or a tier-1 brand. The placement guarantee is about getting placed, not about hand picking the offer for you.

The end of months 3 capstone has a defined minimum pass score. You receive feedback, you can revise, but the threshold must be met before placement support begins.
Reason: the capstone is your portfolio without it, there’s nothing to show recruiters.
